【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60609servesasabasisfortheformulationofguaranteesappliedtocavitationpittingforreactionhydraulicturbines,storagepumpsandpump-turbines.Itaddressesthemeasurementandevaluationoftheamountofcavitationpittingoncertainspecifiedmachinecomponentsforgivenconditions,whicharedefinedinthecontractbyoutput,specifichydraulicenergy(E),speed,material,operation,etc.Thecavitation-pittingevaluationisbasedonthelossofmaterialduringagiventimeandunderaccuratelydefinedoperatingconditions.Allwettedsurfacesareconsidered.Thecontractdocumentsshallstatewhethercavitationpittingonthehydraulicmachineshouldorshouldnotbeanticipatedinallorinsomeoperatingranges.Guaranteesthatrestricttheextentofcavitationpittingarenecessaryinthecontractwhethercavitationpittingisanticipatedornot.1ExcludedtopicsandlimitationsThisstandarddoesnotcoverothereffectswhichcavitationmaypossiblyhaveonthemachinesuchas:-output,efficiency,vibration,mechanicalintegrity,andnoise;and-materialdefectsrevealedduringoperation.Materialdefectsrevealedbywearonthemachinesurfacesduringoperationarenotincludedinaguaranteeagainstcavitationpitting.2ConsiderationsconcerningchemicalcompositionofwaterItisassumedinthisstandardthatthewaterisnotchemicallyaggressive.Incaseswherethewaterisconsideredtobechemicallyaggressive,thecavitation-pittingguaranteeshallbegivenonthebasisofanagreedwateranalysis.Sincechemicalaggressivenessisdependentuponsomanypossiblechemicalcompositions,andthematerialsofthemachine,itisbeyondthescopeofthisstandardtosetparticularlimits.Ifitbecomesapparentinthecourseoflateranalysisthatthewaterisinfactmoreaggressivethantheagreedanalysisindicated,thismustbetakenintoconsiderationwhenevaluatingwhetherthecavitation-pittingguaranteeshavebeenmet.Ifcavitationpittingoccursinzoneswheredamagecanbeseparatelyattributabletochemicalorelectrochemicalcorrosion,suchdamageshallbeexcludedfromtheevaluationofcavitationpitting.Ifcavitationpittingoccursinzoneswheredamagecanbeproventohavebeenincreasedbychemicalorelectrochemicaleffectsadditionaltothosenormaltocavitationinwateroftheagreedanalysis,thensuchzonesshallbeexcludedfromtheevaluationofcavitationpitting.3ConsiderationsconcerningwatercontainingsolidsAbrasionduetowatercontaminatedwithsolids(forexample,sand)cannotbeconsideredascavitation-pittingdamage.Whenamachineoperatesinwatercontainingasignificantamountofsolids,theweightlossofmaterialwillbeintensifiedduetothejointactionofbothcavitationpitting(ifitexists)andabrasion.Thedegreeofintensifyingdestructiondependsonvariousaspects,suchassedimentconcentration,mineralcomposition,sizegradationandimpactparameters(i.e.relativevelocityandincidenceangle)aswellasthematerialcharacteristicsandhydraulicmachineoperationconditions.Whenasurfaceisalteredbyabrasionerosion,cavitation-pittingdamagecanbeinitiatedandacceleratedbecauseofthehydraulicshapechange.Withrespecttomeasurementofdamage,itisimportanttorealizethat,forcavitationerosiondamageandabrasionerosiondamage,theappearance,positionandmechanismofdestructionisnotsimilar.Ifcavitationpittingoccursinzoneswheredamagecanbeseparatelyattributedtoabrasion,suchdamageshallbeexcludedfromtheevaluationofcavitationpitting.Whiletheexamplesofamountsofcavitationpittingandmeasurementmethodsgiveninthisstandardcovercavitation-pittingdamageonly,itmustberecognizedthatsomehydrositesoperateinwaterthatcontainssignificantamountsofsolidsforatleastsomeportionoftheyear.Sinceerosionduetoabrasionissodependento
