【摘要】:p>TerminologyD3888wasoriginallydevelopedasaterminologystandardforrotorspinningwhenitevolvedasanewyarnspinningtechnologyinthe1980x2019;s.Ringspinningproductionhadbeenthetraditionalspinningsincetheearly1800''swhenhandspinningbecamemechanized.Rotorspinningandotherspinningtechnologiesincreasedyarnproductionratesandformedyarnsbydifferentmechanicalmeansthatgeneratedyarnswithcharacteristicsunliketraditionalring-spunyarns.Therevisionofthisdocumentisintendedtocompileterminologyforcurrentyarnspinningsystemsintoonestandardratherthanindividualstandards,inthatallyarnformationisgeneratedbyprocessingrawfiberintoaspunyarnbyusingcommonpreparationsteps,suchasopening,cleaning,carding,rovingformation,andsometimescombing.Terminologyinthisstandardisgroupedbythetypeofspinningsystemandinchronologicalorderoftheirdevelopmentandproductionusage.Itshouldbenotedthatthehigherendofyarnnumberrangescitedwitheachspinningsystemarepossiblebutarerareinactualproduction.1.1Thisterminologycoverstermsrelatedtoring,rotor,andairjetyarnspinningsystems.1.1.1Thisstandardformerlyonlyincludedterminologyrelatedtoopen-endspinning.Ithasbeenexpandedtoincludetermsrelatingtoringandairjetspinningsystems.1.1.2Whilethetermrotorspinningistechnicallycorrect,thetermsrotorandopen-endareusedinterchangeablyinthetextileindustry.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Theenergyinputratetestandthermostatcalibrationareusedtoconfirmthattheconveyorovenisoperatingproperlypriortofurthertestingandtoinsurethatalltestresultsaredeterminedatthesametemperature.Preheatenergyandtimecanbeusefultofoodserviceoperatorstomanagepowerdemandsandtoknowhowquicklytheconveyorovencanbereadyforoperation.Idleenergyrateandpilotenergyratecanbeusedtoestimateenergyconsumptionduringnoncookingperiods.Cookingenergyefficiencyisapreciseindicatorofconveyorovenenergyperformancewhilecookingatypicalfoodproductundervariousloadingconditions.Ifenergyperformanceinformationisdesiredusingafoodproductotherthanthespecifiedtestfood,thetestmethodcouldbeadaptedandapplied.Energyperformanceinformationallowsanendusertobetterunderstandtheoperatingcharacteristicsofaconveyoroven.Productioncapacityinformationcanhelpanendusertobetterunderstandtheproductioncapabilitiesofaconveyorovenasitisusedtocookatypicalfoodproductandthiscouldhelpinspecifyingthepropersizeandquantityofequipment.Ifproductioninformationisdesiredusingafoodproductotherthanthespecifiedtestfood,thetestmethodcouldbeadaptedandapplied.1.1Thistestmethodcoversanevaluationoftheenergyconsumptionandcookingperformanceofconveyorovens.Thefoodserviceoperatorcanusethisevaluationtoselectaconveyorovenandunderstanditsenergyconsumption.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletogasandelectricconveyorovens.1.3Theconveyorovencanbeevaluatedwithrespecttothefollowing(whereapplicable):1.3.1Energyinputrateandthermostatcalibration(see10.2),1.3.2Preheatenergyconsumptionandtime(see10.3),1.3.3Idleenergyrate(see10.4),1.3.4Pilotenergyrate(ifapplicable)(see10.5),and1.3.5Cookingenergyefficiencyandproductioncapacity(see10.6).1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
