【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverstherequirements,sizes,construction,tests,andproceduresforunusedropesforusebyelectricalutilitiesandrelatedindustriesonenergizedlinesoperatingatvoltageshigherthan1kV.1.2Thisspecificationcoverstheminimumelectrical,mechanical,andphysicalpropertiesguaranteedbythemanufacturerandthedetailedproceduresbywhichsuchpropertiesaretobedetermined.Thepurchaserhastheoptiontoperformorhaveperformedanyofthesetestsinordertoverifytheguarantee.Claimsforfailuretomeetthespecificationaresubjecttoverificationbythemanufacturer.1.3Theropetowhichthisspecificationappliesisdesignedtobeusedinacleananddrycondition,onornearenergizedlines.1.4Amarginofsafetyshallbeallowedbetweenthemaximumvoltageandworkingdistancesonwhichitisusedandthetestvoltageandlengthsatwhichitistested.1.5Itiscommonpracticefortheuserofthistypeofequipmenttopreparecompleteinstructionsandregulationstogovernindetailthecorrectandsafeuseofsuchequipment.1.6Theuseandmaintenanceofthisequipmentisbeyondthescopeofthisspecification.1.7ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.8Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Section,11ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
