【摘要】:ISO22155:2005specifiesastaticheadspacemethodforquantitativegaschromatographicdeterminationofvolatilearomaticandhalogenatedhydrocarbonsandselectedaliphaticethersinsoil.ISO22155:2005isapplicabletoalltypesofsoil.Thelimitofdeterminationisdependentonthedetectionsystemusedandthequalityofthemethanolgradeusedfortheextractionofthesoilsample.UndertheconditionsspecifiedinISO22155:2005,thefollowinglimitsofdeterminationsapply(expressedonthebasisofdrymatter):whenusinggaschromatographywithaflameionizationdetector(GC-FID),thetypicallimitofdeterminationis0,2mg/kgforvolatilearomatichydrocarbons,and0,5mg/kgforaliphaticethersasmethyltert-butylether(MTBE)andtert-amylmethylether(TAME);whenusinggaschromatographywithanelectroncapturedetector(GC-ECD),thetypicallimitofdeterminationis0,01mg/kgto0,2mg/kgforvolatilehalogenatedhydrocarbons.Lowerlimitsofdeterminationcanbeachievedbyusingmassspectrometry(MS)withselectediondetection.
